RETURN OF GOODS OF IMPROPER QUALITY

  • In case of delivery of goods of inadequate quality, goods in an incomplete packaging or a modification that does not correspond to the order, we will exchange such goods or refund your money.

  • You can refuse the goods if, upon receipt, mechanical damage or a visually significant difference between the description of the goods on the site and the real goods you have received.

Instructions for receiving goods:

  • Inspect the item carefully upon delivery. Make sure that the product is correct, correct size, colour and complete, and that you are satisfied with the quality of the delivered goods.

  • In case of damage or inconsistency in the appearance of the goods, please make a note on the consignment note or act of acceptance of the goods immediately before the departure of the courier.

  • Take photographs of any damage or discrepancies.

  • If upon acceptance of the goods a defect was discovered that arose through no fault of yours, an incorrect modification or model of the goods was supplied, we will replace and return such goods free of charge, provided that you inform us of the defects found in writing within 14 days from the moment acceptance of goods.

  • The exchange of goods or a refund is carried out only after the receipt of the goods at our warehouse in Dubai and checking its condition and quality by our specialists.

  • To get a refund, you must fill out an application. The application must be accompanied by a document confirming the fact and conditions of the purchase of goods (invoice).

  • If the product does not suit you, you can return it to us within 14 calendar days from the date of its acceptance, with the exception of products that are not eligible for return.

Non-refundable items include:

  • Products made to order, where the quality and characteristics of the products produced correspond to the parameters approved by the buyer. (These items are non-returnable and non-returnable)

  • Goods that were delivered disassembled but were assembled by the buyer.

  • A product of good quality, if its presentation and type of packaging, consumer properties, as well as documents confirming the fact of purchase of the specified product (sales receipt) are not preserved. Return of goods of good quality is possible if you have retained its presentation (packaging, seals, labels), consumer properties, as well as documents confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the specified goods (sales receipt).


IMPORTANT TO REMEMBER!

  • If the product package consists of several components, you need to return all the items. Returns will only be accepted for complete items.

  • In case you refuse the goods after its delivery, you need to independently arrange its delivery to our warehouse in Dubai, where it will be accepted after checking the condition and completeness.

TERMS OF TRANSFER OF MONEY FOR REFUND

  • The funds will be credited to your account within 10 (ten) working days from the date of receipt and verification of the condition and quality of the goods in our warehouse and the application for its return (subject to correctly executed documents).

  • The terms of the exchange of goods depend on the availability of goods in the warehouse and may be individual for each product.

  • The terms of the exchange for each product can be clarified with our managers.

PRODUCT REPAIR

  • For products for which the warranty period is set, repairs in our service centre are possible within the specified period.

  • For items that are not under warranty but found to be defective, we will consider repairing your item on a case-by-case basis.
